Café Solar is a Honduran coffee grown and harvested with the assistance of the Mesoamerican Institute, a nongovernmental organization with offices in Honduras and the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. This Certified Organic coffee is processed using renewable energy involving an integrated open canopy biodiversity system and a sustainable coffee cultivation and drying system. These systems maintain a healthy eco-system in the area while preserving the natural flavor profile of Honduran coffee.
